Wannstedt takes straight-ahead approach to Bills D

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) — If guarding against distraction is one of Dave Wannstedt’s biggest concerns in assessing the potential of the Buffalo Bills new-look, Mario Williams-led defense, he’s certainly looking the part.

More out of necessity than design, the veteran coach and Bills first-year defensive coordinator can’t help but maintain a straight-ahead focus because of the thick brace he’s wearing to protect his neck.
