Battle Ground parks offer free summer kids’ programs

Youth and families in Battle Ground can enjoy arts, crafts, games and other free programs offered at four city parks this summer for 10 weeks through August 23.

From 10 a.m. to noon Wednesdays, programs are offered at Horsethief Park, 1100 S.W. 24th Ave.; from 2 to 4 p.m., programs are at Kiwanis Park, 422 S.W. Second Ave.

From 10 a.m. to noon Thursdays, programs are at Florence Robison Park, 1901 N.W. Ninth St.; from 2 to 4 p.m., programs are offered at Cresap Park, 1911 S.E. Second Place.
