Saturday: Sierra Club Ridgefield kayak trip, introductory trip oriented to new paddlers. Rentals available. Register by Thursday. Contact: Lehman Holder at tripsguy@q.com.

Sunday: Sierra Club Saddle Mountain hike, 5.2 miles with 1,620 feet of elevation gain near Oregon coast. Contact: Mike Newsham at 360-574-5506 or Bob Rowton at 360-921-2210.

Tuesday: Forever Young Hikers Club Hummocks and Coldwater Lake hike, 4-6 miles, minimal elevation gain in Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument, $16 fee, bring a lunch and money for a snack stop. Transportation provided from Luepke Center. Call 360-487-7100 or register at vanclarkparks-rec.org.

June 30: Sierra Club Skamokawa-Columbia River kayak outing. Bring your own boat. Register by 5 p.m. June 28 at lauraskehan@comcast.net.
