Letter: Seek assistance from Japan

The Columbian
Published: June 26, 2012, 5:00pm

We should request at least $100 million from Japan for the complete cleanup of our beaches, as should Oregon and California.

They consider themselves to be a special, very orderly, responsible and honorable society and people. Let’s find out.
