SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — The Sacramento Kings have taken UC Santa Barbara guard Orlando Johnson with the 36th overall pick in the NBA draft.
The Kings followed up their first-round pick of Kansas forward Thomas Robinson on Thursday night by taking Johnson.
Johnson was a three-time All-Big West selection and the all-time leading scorer at UCSB with 1,825 points. He averaged 19.7 points, 5.8 rebounds and 3.0 assists last season for the Gauchos.
