Now we see the absolute shallowness and non-caring of Vancouver’s mayor and city council.
When a small, a very small, number of people, some of whom are making personal money from the sale of fireworks, come before the council to demand the right to be a loud and dangerous nuisance, here are some suggestions as to what the majority might like to do.
-
Find all of the overly large and loud fireworks that can be rounded up from stands here and on the reservations.
-
Assemble in large, loud, unruly groups. One in front of city hall. One at the mayor’s house. One each in front of the homes of the council members who voted against the ban on personal fireworks.
