Owners of the Davis Industrial Park at 3112 N.E. 112th Ave. in Vancouver are proposing to build a new industrial-warehouse building at the site.

Project plans, submitted to the city this month for approval, call for a warehouse structure with four at-grade-level loading bays and 10 parking spaces. Project developers expect to break ground in August and finish the work in February.

The new building would be the fourth structure at the industrial park on the west side of 112th Avenue across the street from SEH America Inc.
