Stony Brook beats Binghamton 78-69 in America East

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Tommy Brenton had a double-double, leading four Stony Brook scorers in double figures in the Seawolves’ 78-69 win over Binghamton in the America East quarterfinals Saturday.

Leading 34-28 at halftime Stony Brook (21-8) allowed Binghamton to come back on a 12-4 run to take a 40-38 lead with 15:45 to play.
