SEATTLE (AP) — King County prosecutors expect to file charges Wednesday against a sex offender accused of breaking into a house in Seattle’s University District and tying up six women, forcing one to undress.

A spokesman for the prosecutor’s office, Dan Donohoe, says 34-year-old Robert Douglas Hitt will likely be arraigned in two weeks.

He was arrested Monday after one of the roommates hiding in a bedroom was able to call 911. Victims say he threatened them with a knife, but on one was assaulted.

Hitt was jailed for investigation of robbery, burglary, kidnapping and unlawful imprisonment.

He had been released from prison in January after a state board determined he had served enough time for a 2001 rape in Seattle’s University District.
