SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — The city of Spokane is changing the rates at 2,300 downtown parking meters.
KHQ reports (http://is.gd/Od7pI6 ) the goal is to standardize rates so that parking for four hours or less will be a consistent $1.20 an hour and parking for more than four hours will be 40 cents an hour.
It will take several weeks to reconfigures all the parking meters.
