TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — The Arizona Cardinals have made one-year qualifying offers to restricted free agents LaRod Stephens-Howling, Greg Toler and Rashad Johnson.

The three can get offers from other teams but the Cardinals would have the right to match them.

Stephens-Howling, a running back and kickoff returner, was given a second-round offer, meaning that if Arizona declined to match an offer the Cardinals would get a second-round pick as compensation. Toler, a cornerback and Johnson, a safety, received offers that correspond with their selection in the draft. Toler was a third-round pick and Johnson a fourth-round selection.

The Cardinals also made one-year offers to exclusive free agents quarterback Richard Bartel, running back Alfonso Smith, defensive end Ronald Talley and linebacker Brandon Williams. Arizona re-signed cornerback A.J. Jefferson and wide receiver Stephen Williams.
