WALLA WALLA, Wash. (AP) — The recovery of a gun from the Snake River at Burbank has led Walla Walla police to make an arrest in a fatal shooting.

Columbia Basin Dive Rescue found the gun this week that police believe was used last June to kill 25-year-old Kevin Myrick. He was shot on his front lawn and died the next day at a Seattle hospital.

KVEW reports (http://is.gd/U3wfds ) police arrested 43-year-old Daniel Dodd for investigation of homicide.
