Emergency repairs on a leaking drain pipe will shut down the ramp connecting Portland’s Ross Island Bridge with Oregon state Highway 99E on Wednesday, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation.

Work will close the ramp from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, according to ODOT. Drivers traveling east on the bridge won’t be able to connect directly to southbound 99E. They’ll instead continue to Southeast 17th Avenue before heading south to the highway.

The Ross Island Bridge carries U.S. Highway 26 across the Willamette River.
