SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — The Bonneville Power Administration is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information that helps convict anyone involved in the 1987 disappearance of a worker from a substation near Spokane.

The agency said Friday that law enforcement has received countless tips about Julie Weflen but none have solved the mystery.

The BPA hopes for calls to its Crime Witness Hotline at 800-437-2744 or to the Spokane County sheriff’s department.
