NEW YORK (AP) — The NCAA tournament is building on the audience from last year’s already-strong viewership.

The first two full days Thursday and Friday averaged a 5.3 rating across CBS, TBS, TNT and truTV. CBS and Turner Sports said Saturday it’s up 6 percent from last year.

Ratings measure the percentage of homes with televisions tuned into a program.
