Integrated Cloud Intelligence Inc., a marketing firm, has leased 1,800 square feet of office space at 1331 Washington St., Vancouver, from The Van Buren Living Trust. Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.
Robert Johnson and Debbie Tomasovic have purchased a 2,400-square-foot office for a counseling business at 601 E. McLoughlin Blvd., Vancouver. The sale price was $293,000.
