Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

DRJ Enterprises LLC, dba Great Harvest Bread Co., bakery and deli, has leased 2,150 square feet of retail space at Columbia Square 4, 13215 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from Nuccitelli Family Partnership. The anticipated move-in date is July 1. Pam Lindloff and Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant.

Integrated Cloud Intelligence Inc., a marketing firm, has leased 1,800 square feet of office space at 1331 Washington St., Vancouver, from The Van Buren Living Trust. Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Robert Johnson and Debbie Tomasovic have purchased a 2,400-square-foot office for a counseling business at 601 E. McLoughlin Blvd., Vancouver. The sale price was $293,000. Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller, Christina Simon. Chris Galyon of Northwest Properties Broker Network represented the buyers.

Supercuts, a hair salon, renewed its lease of 946 square feet at Centerpointe Shopping Center, Northeast Andresen Road and Northeast 88th Street, in Vancouver. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord, Better Foods Land Investment.
