EAST WENATCHEE, Wash. (AP) — Police have arrested an 18-year-old Wenatchee man in connection with the death of a 19-year-old man whose body was found Tuesday morning in an East Wenatchee residential driveway.
East Wenatchee police arrested Emmanuel Torres Galvez on Wednesday in the death of Osvaldo Ramirez of East Wenatchee.
The Wenatchee World reports (http://ow.ly/9W0OP ) police think the two men were involved in an altercation. A neighbor reported hearing yelling on Monday night.
