PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Police have a 20-year-old suspect jailed in the shooting deaths of a man and his mother in southeast Portland.

Officers responding to a report of shots fired Saturday night found the bodies. They were identified Sunday by the Oregon state medical examiner’s office as 32-year-old Josh Smith and 54-year-old Tamara Smith.

The Oregonian reported his body was in a yard and his mother’s body was inside a house.

Within minutes, detectives arrested William Cole McCamman on murder charges.

KGW reported the shooting resulted from a dispute over a cell phone memory card or SIM card.
