Capsized boat found near Everett

EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — A small boat that capsized in Port Gardner Bay near Everett was found Tuesday morning as officials searched for the body of a man presumed drowned in Monday’s accident.

Another man was able to tread water for about an hour until he was picked up by boaters.

The Coast Guard and Everett police and fire crews took part in the search for the missing man.

KIRO-TV reports (http://is.gd/cL1f9S) the 12-foot boat was spotted by its helicopter north of Jetty Island.
