NEW YORK (AP) — CBS Sports chairman Sean McManus has been chosen to receive the WISE Champion Award.

Women in Sports & Events will present the award to McManus on June 19 at its annual awards luncheon in New York. The WISE Champion Award is given to a male executive who has supported women in the workplace.

The organization announced the winner Thursday.

Hunter is the NBA’s senior vice president of events and attractions, and Miller is baseball’s senior vice president for special events.

WISE is a resource for professional women in the sports and events industry with 10 chapters across the country.
