CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — Benton County authorities arrested a 22-year-old Monroe man accused of sexually abusing two women while watching a movie.

The Gazette-Times newspaper reports (http://is.gd/ ) that Nicholas John Van Beek was arraigned Wednesday on charges of sex abuse and violating probation.

Court documents say a 21-year-old woman and a 20-year-old woman went to the sheriff’s office to report that Van Beek abused them during a movie at the Motor Vu Drive-In in Dallas on May 6. The 21-year-old told authorities that Van Beek had also sexually abused her last summer while watching a movie at a Philomath home. The two were dating at the time.

Van Beek remains in the Benton County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
