Vancouver police respond to robbery at legal residential pot grow

Vancouver police have responded to a report of two masked men who allegedly tied up a 27-year-old woman and stole some plants from a medical marijuana garden at a residence in the 15700 block of N.E. 6th Circle.

The incident is reported to have happened at about 3:20 p.m., said Vancouver police Sgt. Mike Chylack. One of the suspects had a handgun, Chylack said. No one was injured, he said.

Vancouver police Sgt. Mike Davis said that the victim reportedly knows the suspects.

A canine was called to the scene but was not needed, Chylack said.

Police do not yet have a description of a the suspects. Detectives are investigating.
