SEATTLE (AP) — King County prosecutors have filed a second-degree murder charge against a 26-year-old man sought in the May 16 shooting death of another man outside a south Seattle fast-food restaurant.

The charge filed Wednesday against Troy D. Sanders requests that he be held on $2 million bail when he is arrested.

Sanders is accused of killing 31-year-old Courtney Taylor following an altercation in the restaurant parking lot. Several witnesses told police that Sanders had been filming a rap video just before the shooting.

In court papers, the prosecutor alleges that Sanders shot Taylor twice, with the second shot coming “after the unarmed victim was gravely wounded and lying on his back.”

The shooting was unusual in that police said a hostile crowd prevented emergency responders from reaching the victim for about five minutes.
