SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. (AP) — Deputies arrested a suspect Tuesday in a fatal shooting in Spokane Valley.
Sheriff’s deputies served a search warrant on a Spokane Valley home and arrested 38-year-old Shane Smith.
KXLY reports (http://is.gd/taMFuI ) investigators also removed possible evidence from the house.
Smith is accused of shooting 44-year-old Warren Flinn on May 13. He died three days later.
