Native Plant Walk: 9 to 11 a.m. June 9. WSU Master Gardeners and Clark County Department of Environmental Services will lead a leisurely walk from Brush Prairie. Learn to identify Oregon grape, currant, cascara, and other northwest native plants. Tour will also include native trees, shrubs and groundcovers suitable for home landscape. Each group will be given a plant to take home. Here you will learn about container nursery management. Next is Monrovia Nursery, a wholesale grower with display gardens. This stop also includes eating the sack lunch you brought. Then on to Red Ridge Farms, home to Durant Vineyards and the Oregon Olive Mill.
