Felida — Kari Wallingford and her children, Alicia and Jared, completed their annual Julie Reamer Memorial Pet Food Drive in April. Reamer, who had lived next door to the Wallingfords, had been very involved with the nonprofit group Pet Aid of Washington before she died Aug. 19, 2009. The Wallingfords wanted to “do what Julie would have done,” so they continue to collect pet food to donate it to the nonprofit group. This year they collected 800 pounds of pet food.
