BURBANK, Wash. (AP) — A helicopter pilot was unhurt when it crashed into an orchard in the Burbank Heights area of Walla Walla County.
KNDO reports (http://is.gd/VXZkqm ) the copter was spraying Wednesday when it dropped into the orchard. Part of the tail broke off.
The sheriff’s office and a Federal Aviation Administration investigator from Spokane responded to the scene.
