USA Cycling announces 8 athletes for BMX trials

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — Reigning Olympic silver medalist Mike Day and bronze medalist Donny Robinson are among eight BMX riders who will compete for the automatic berth to the U.S. team headed to the London Games.

USA Cycling announced the field for its BMX trials this week. The other riders are Connor Fields, Nic Long, Barry Nobles, Corben Sharrah, Joey Bradford and Josh Meyers.
