Vancouver budget: A story on Tuesday’s front page contained an error. Clark County Fire District 5 provided a letter of intent to fund 13 firefighter positions prior to a Monday night Vancouver City Council meeting. The fire district board was scheduled to approve the grant funding Tuesday night.
