BYU adds Virginia in 2013, faces Michigan in 2015

PROVO, Utah. (AP) — A day after announcing it will play Michigan in 2015, Brigham Young has scheduled a home-and-home football series with Virginia starting next season.

The Cougars and Cavaliers will meet in Charlottesville, Va., on Aug. 31, 2013. The second game of the series is set for Sept. 20, 2014 in Provo.

BYU now has 11 games set for 2013, with additional road trips to Utah State, Houston, Wisconsin, Notre Dame and Hawaii. The Cougars are scheduled to face Texas, Boise State, Georgia Tech, Middle Tennessee State and Utah at home.

BYU and Virginia have previously met three times in football.

The Cougars announced Monday they will travel to “The Big House” in Ann Arbor to face Michigan on Sept. 26, 2015.
