RENTON, Wash. (AP) — Linebacker K.J. Wright and guard James Carpenter did not practice for the Seattle Seahawks as each continues to recover from concussions suffered last week.

Coach Pete Carroll said Wednesday he is still unsure if either will be able to play Sunday against the New York Jets.

Carpenter was injured in practice last week, while Wright was hurt on the first series of last Sunday’s win over Minnesota. If Wright can’t go, he would be replaced by Mike Morgan at outside linebacker. Carpenter was replaced last week by John Moffitt.

Braylon Edwards did not practice Wednesday but will likely be back Thursday, his first real work since having knee problems the morning of Seattle’s loss at Detroit. Edwards has missed the past two games.

Jason Jones (ankle) was limited in practice. He’s missed the past two games.
