Here is a revision to the preamble of the United States Constitution for 21st century: We the Rich of the United States in order to form a more perfect Market, establish Capitalism, insure Profitability, provide for the transfer of assets, promote the deregulation of the Market, and secure the blessings of the Market to ourselves and our Progeny, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
