Cal State Fullerton shoots by Southern Utah 112-69

RENO, Nev. (AP) — D.J. Seeley had 32 points and seven steals and Kwame Vaughn added 19 points to lead hot-shooting Cal State Fullerton to a 112-69 victory against Southern Utah in a World Vision Classic game on Saturday night.

The Titans (1-2) shot 64.9 percent (37 of 57) from the floor, including 70.6 percent (12 of 17) from 3-point range. Alex Harris added 15 points on 5 for 5 shooting from behind the arc for Cal State Fullerton.

Damon Heuir had 14 points and Jackson Stevenett 13 for the Thunderbirds (0-3), who trailed 25-9 midway through the first half and 57-33 at the break. For the game, the Titans forced 31 Southern Utah turnovers, converting them into 44 points.

Sammy Yeager had 14 points for Cal State Fullerton.
