Madison scores 19, Idaho defeats Green Bay 72-62

MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) — Stephen Madison scored 19 points and Kyle Barone added 15, and Idaho defeated Green Bay 72-62 on Tuesday night.

It was the first win of the season for Idaho (1-2).

Connor Hill scored 12 points for Idaho.

Madison and Hill each connected for two 3-point shots, as did Denzel Douglas and Joe Kammerer.

Green Bay (2-3) got 19 points from Brennan Cougill and 13 from Keifer Sykes.

Green Bay’s Kam Cerroni scored 9 points, all on 3-pointers.

Idaho had a 19-9 scoring advantage off the bench and scored 11 fast-break points while keeping Green Bay off the board in that category.
