WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) — Dave Dudzinski scored 19 points and pulled down eight rebounds in Holy Cross’ 60-50 victory over New Hampshire on Saturday.

Cullen Hamilton came off the bench for 11 points and Malcolm Miller added 10 points and seven rebounds for the Crusaders (4-2), who entered halftime with a 33-23 lead on the strength of a 23-13 first-half rebounding advantage.

New Hampshire (2-3) cut Holy Cross’ lead to four, 33-29, 1 minute and 13 seconds into the second half and tied it twice before taking its first lead, 42-41, with 10:47 left to play.

But Dudzinski hit a layup and Miller converted a three-point play on back-to-back possessions to keep Holy Cross at bay.

Holy Cross got no closer than five the rest of the way.

Patrick Konan led New Hampshire with 13 points but the Wildcats shot just 32.8 percent (19 of 58), including 6 of 25 in the second half.
