A new Dutch Bros. Coffee stand with a drive-through window is planned for the northeast corner of Hazel Dell Avenue and Northeast 99th Street as part of remodeling plans for the Northgate Village Shopping Center.

The coffee kiosk will be built in the existing parking lot, according to a pre-application document submitted to Clark County’s Community Development Department.

If approved, the new Dutch Bros. business will join the shopping center’s existing anchor tenant Dollar Tree and its new tenant, Grocery Outlet, which is set to open next year in a long-vacant space formerly occupied by Albertsons. The center is co-owned by HSP Properties of Vancouver and Tualatin, Ore.-based Gramor Development Inc.
