ITTA BENA, Miss. (AP) — Deaunte Mason passed for two touchdowns and ran for two more as Alabama A&M remained unbeaten with a 35-0 Southwestern Athletic Conference victory over Mississippi Valley State on Saturday.

Mason, the conference’s Offensive Player of the Week for the past three weeks, completed 21 of 32 passes for 235 yards, including a 31-yard score to Montaurius Smith 25 seconds before halftime to give the Bulldogs (6-0, 5-0) a 21-0 lead.

Mason, who hasn’t thrown an interception this season, completed the scoring with his second touchdown pass, a 14-yarder to Bobby Goldsby.

The Delta Devils (1-4, 1-2), who came into the game leading the conference in total defense, were outgained 366 yards to 168 by the league’s leading offense.

Alabama A&M, whose defense has given up the fewest points in the league, recorded six sacks against three Mississippi Valley State quarterbacks.
