LORETTO, Pa. (AP) — John Kelly and Anthony Abeid connect through the air for a 50-yard touchdown to help St. Francis (Pa) beat Northeast Conference foe Robert Morris 10-3 Saturday.

John Kelly finished 9 of 19 for 190 yards and a touchdown as he moved into second place all-time for career completions at St. Francis. Kelly’s bomb to Anthony in the second quarter gave the Red Flash (3-3, 2-1) a 7-0 lead. Anthony caught three passes for 116 yards.

Robert Morris (1-4, 0-2) struggled moving the ball the entire game. Greg Langer’s 44-yard field made it 7-3, but Josh Thiel answered for St. Francis with a 33-yard field goal as time expired in the first half. St. Francis never trailed in the game and entered halftime up 10-3.

The Colonials went scoreless in the second half and were forced into two turnovers.

St. Francis snapped a six-game losing streak to the Colonials.
