BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — The Buffalo Bills have signed Reggie Wells to address an injury-depleted offensive line.

In making the move Tuesday, the Bills placed offensive lineman Colin Brown on injured reserve after the backup hurt his hamstring in a 45-3 loss at San Francisco on Sunday.

The Bills (2-3) play at Arizona this weekend, and are already expected to be missing two starting linemen. Left tackle Cordy Glenn and guard Kraig Urbik are both recovering from right ankle injuries. Backup guard Chad Rinehart’s status is also uncertain because of a calf injury.

Wells is a 10-year NFL veteran, who appeared in five games last season with Carolina. He spent his first seven seasons with Arizona, and one year with Philadelphia. He has 91 starts in 117 career games.
