Washougal — A thousand Clark County fourth-graders saw presentations on natural resources and learned about recycling, water conservation and local plants and animals during the Student Watershed Festival on Sept. 26-27. Community partners supporting the event are Columbia Springs, Clark County Department of Environmental Services, Clark Public Utilities, the city of Vancouver and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
