Letter: Cortes will be an excellent state rep

The Columbian
Published: October 12, 2012, 5:00pm

Adrian Cortes is the top choice for 18th Legislative District representative, Position 1. Cortes has compiled an impressive list of accomplishments in his volunteer and leadership service to his fellow citizens; true leadership and experience. He is a fiscal conservative who believes the proper stewardship of public funds means spending money when it is required and when it benefits all citizens. Cortes also believes that oppressive and unnecessary state regulations have made stormwater development projects overly expensive in our community. Cortes believes in a state government that has the participation of its citizens and the government must be accountable to its citizens.
