Letter: Gizzi has experience for challenges

The Columbian
Published: October 12, 2012, 5:00pm

Vote for Jim Gizzi as your 17th Legislative District representative, Position 2. Known in his community as a businessman, he is also a commissioner on the Clark County Planning Committee, a volunteer, and a PTA legislative chair. Passionate about public education, his goal is to ensure state, not local levies, bear the responsibility of funding K-12 education and that students are prepared for college or the workforce through technical training. Gizzi has experience working with state and local officials, and sees first hand the challenges our schools and families are facing. Regardless of party, he will work with others to find solutions for theses challenges.
