Warriors slip past Kings 99-88

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Stephen Curry had 19 points and the Golden State Warriors defeated the Sacramento Kings 98-88 on Wednesday night.

The Warriors’ lead was cut to five points in the fourth, but they responded by scoring eight straight points, building the lead to 96-83 with just under 212 minutes left.

David Lee had 16 points and 14 rebounds for Golden State. Klay Thompson had 15 points and Carl Landry added 12 points and nine rebounds.

Isaiah Thomas scored 13 points for the Kings. Marcus Thornton had 12 points and Jason Thompson added 11 points and seven rebounds.
