Museum offers first ‘haunted’ walking tour

Published: October 17, 2012, 5:00pm

The Clark County Historical Museum will offer its first “haunted” walking tour of downtown Vancouver on Friday.

There will be two sessions: a 5 p.m. dusk tour and a 7 p.m. twilight tour.

Brad Richardson, the museum’s visitor services coordinator, will describe downtown ghost sightings — maybe in the building you walk past after work each evening — and accounts of unseen guests at the Hidden House.

Fee is $5. Participants should bring a flashlight.

Both tours are rated PG-13, so parents are advised to best leave younger children at home. The tours are by reservation only: call 360-993-5679 or reserve a spot at info@cchmuseum.org.
