Eastern Michigan gets 1st win, beats Army 48-38

YPSILANTI, Mich. (AP) — Tyler Benz threw a career-high five touchdown passes Saturday and Eastern Michigan won its first game of the season, beating Army 48-38.

Benz, who had four scoring passes this season before Saturday, matched that total before intermission. He finished with a career-high 369 yards on 19-for-31 passing.
