Letter: Future is bright with Olson as leader

The Columbian
Published: October 19, 2012, 5:00pm

I support Julie Olson for the 17th Legislative District state representative, Position 1.

With Olson’s determination and commitment, I’m confident that she will bring about positive change and do so focusing on what’s best for our students and community. Her persistence, integrity, intelligence, and strong desire to advocate, blended with wisdom and practical experience, is especially comforting during these times of unknowns and disappointment.

Having the pleasure of knowing Olson, I am confident that she will be a first-rate leader, fiscally responsible, and in the front line fighting for jobs and education.

I couldn’t be more encouraged that a brighter future is a real possibility.
