Letter: Noise is expected in industrial areas

The Columbian
Published: October 21, 2012, 5:00pm

Reading the Oct. 18 story “Barks vs. sirens dog Washougal,” it seems the underwater construction company should have done some research before they spent all that money making the outside look nice, especially considering it is in a heavy industrial area. The dogs were there for years before this business came along. Quit picking on the dogs. Almost every tenant in the Port of Camas-Washougal has one form of noise or another. Pipe in elevator music and turn it up instead.

–Jack Martin, Washougal
