Razor clam digging approved for weekend

LONG BEACH — Final approval has been given for razor clam digging this weekend in Washington.

Tests have confirmed clams are safe to eat on all four of the beaches scheduled to open.

Long Beach, Twin Harbors, Copalis and Mocrocks will be open Saturday and Sunday, with Twin Harbors remaining open on Monday and Tuesday.

Low tides this weekend at +0.2 feet at 5:57 p.m. Saturday and -0.1 feet at 6:36 p.m. Sunday.
