TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — The Arizona Cardinals have promoted linebacker Zack Nash from the practice squad and released fullback Reagan Maui’a.
Nash, signed by the Cardinals this season as an undrafted free agent out of Sacramento State, was released on Aug. 24 and signed to the practice squad a month later.
In a corresponding move, the Cardinals signed linebacker Tim Fugger to the practice squad. Indianapolis drafted him in the seventh round out of Vanderbilt this year. He was released by the Colts on Aug. 31.
