The following have applied to the Washington state Liquor Control Board:

Vilaphong Singthong, for a license to sell beer and wine at Savanh Thai, 212 N.E. 164th Ave., Suite 12, Vancouver.

Debbie L. Belden, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Farrar’s Bistro, 12514 N.W. 36th Ave., Vancouver.

Babaljit K. Cheema and Sukhijit S. Cheema, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at 1st Choice Market, 805 W. Main St., Battle Ground.

Joseph M. Depinto, Ena W. Koschel, Janet E. Henry, Lawrence G. Hughes and Arthur E. Rubinett, for a license to sell beer and wine at 7-Eleven stores at 916 S.W. 164th Ave., Vancouver; and 4500 N.E. St. Johns Road, Vancouver.

Jeffrey D. Mayer and Kelsi Mayer, for a license to sell beer and wine at Mayer’s Custom Meats, 12903 N.E. 72nd Ave., Vancouver.
